New Build: Fearnan

In partnership with Lochay Properties Ltd and designed by The Denholm Partnership, this development comprises 12 new homes, arranged in three blocks of four. The homes offer a mix of two- and three-bedroom layouts, with living spaces located on the first floor, each featuring a balcony. Every property was sold with a 10-year Premier warranty.

As a structural engineer in house design, I have been impressed with the quality of the construction of the houses all the way through from foundation stages to completion.
