New Build: Glenalmond

Designed by Studio East Architects in Perth, this pair of four-bedroom new-build houses is situated between existing homes and was carefully designed with privacy and overlooking in mind, while also making the most of the southerly views and the pond to the front.

PV solar panels were fitted to make the most of the southerly aspect. Internally, natural stone slabs were laid throughout the ground floor. Each property includes a detached garage, designed to allow for easy attic conversion at a later date.
