In Construction: Rannoch Hub

Teaming up with the Rannoch Community Trust and Studio East Architects, we are proud to be the main contractors for the restoration of this former outdoor centre, transforming it into a vibrant multi-use venue in the picturesque village of Kinloch Rannoch, designed to serve the local community.

The building has been completely stripped back to its original stonework, with new partitions added to create a community office, a flexible community space, a bar, and a restaurant area. A rear extension will house a commercial kitchen, while a Wintergarden at the front will provide additional dining space. Additionally, a children’s play area will be included for young visitors.
