New Build: Little Dunkeld

Designed by Studio East Architects in Perth, this project successfully delivered two semi-detached, four-bedroom houses on a relatively small gap site in Little Dunkeld. The brief was to ensure the new homes closely matched the surrounding properties and sat comfortably alongside the main road leading to historic Dunkeld. Natural material, including slate roofs, timber-framed windows, and high-specification insulation were used throughout, while the addition of heat pumps and solar panels contributed to excellent energy efficiency. Each property was sold with a 10-year NHBC warranty.
