Extension: Near Crieff

Designed by McKenzie Strickland Associates, this modern extension to an existing barn conversion expanded the living room and introduced a new open fireplace. Above, a new upper-floor suite was created, comprising two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a shower room.

On the ground floor, the works included a new master bedroom with en-suite, along with an additional guest room. Heating is supplied by a wood chip boiler located in a newly constructed garage block, providing underfloor heating across both storeys.
