Conversion: Longforgan

Designed by Studio East, this project involved a full renovation and internal alterations to improve the layout and overall performance of the home.

Works included a new kitchen, dining area, and utility space, along with a pitched-roof front extension to create a bright and comfortable family room. Existing walls were upgraded with internal insulation, and underfloor heating was installed across the ground floor, supported by a new air source heat pump and central heating system.

The renovation also included new flooring throughout, updated windows and doors, and the installation of new sanitaryware, lighting, fixtures, and fittings. External landscaping and finishing works were also carried out.
