Ongoing commitments, project complexity, and material lead times influence our availability. Early engagement is key to securing a suitable start date, allowing us to plan effectively and allocate resources accordingly. 

Our scheduling begins once planning permission (if required) is granted, and a complete set of approved drawings are in place. We assess project requirements at this stage, considering scope, material availability, subcontractor scheduling, and site conditions. Based on this assessment, we provide either a fixed start date or a timeframe within which work can commence. 

For clients seeking budget estimates or fixed-price quotations, we aim to provide these promptly following an initial consultation. If a project is priced on a ‘time and line’ basis, we outline the expected programme while allowing flexibility for site conditions, unforeseen variations, and client-led changes. The ‘time and line’ approach means costs are based on time spent and materials used, providing a transparent and adaptable pricing model. 

Due to high demand, our availability could be limited at certain times of the year, particularly during peak construction periods. However, we work closely with clients to accommodate schedules where possible. 

Once a project is scheduled, we communicate regularly to update clients on any changes that may arise due to external factors such as weather conditions or supply chain delays. We aim to minimise disruption and keep projects on track wherever possible.
